This agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the
Smart Teacher app for the use of the application and its associated services.
By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Available Subscription Types:
- Monthly Subscription:
- Duration: One month (30 days)
- Renewal: Automatic monthly renewal
- Price: Displayed in your local currency within the app
- Quarterly Subscription:
- Duration: Three months (90 days)
- Renewal: Automatic renewal every 3 months
- Price: Displayed in your local currency with 10% discount
- Annual Subscription:
- Duration: One year (365 days)
- Renewal: Automatic yearly renewal
- Price: Displayed in your local currency with up to 60% discount
Important Note: Exact prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region and local currency.
β οΈ Payment and Auto-Renewal Information
Subscription Terms:
- Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
- Auto-renewal occurs 24 hours before the current period ends
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Apple ID account settings
- No refund will be provided for unused portions of a subscription upon cancellation
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
How to Manage Your Subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find Smart Teacher
- You can modify or cancel your subscription from here
π― License and Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
- Use the app for your personal educational purposes
- Create and manage classrooms and students
- Export data for personal use
- Use the app on all Apple devices linked to the same Apple ID
You are not permitted to:
- Redistribute or sell the app
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app or extract source code
- Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
- Violate intellectual property rights
π Data and Privacy
Data Storage: All your data (classrooms, students, grades) is stored locally on your device.
iCloud: When iCloud backup is enabled at the system level, app data may be included in your backup.
No Data Collection: We do not collect or store any personal data on our servers.

Disclaimer:
- The app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or app deletion
- Regular backups of important data are recommended

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages
resulting from the use of the app.
